# Economics Framework

The TLT tokens of TalenTale launch on the **Polygon** main net, following the ERC-20 standard. The primary objective of the token is to facilitate the governance of our TalenTale decentralized network and encourage the users to build the network via referring the talents and corporations. The initial supply of TLT tokens will be 1 billion million. The outstanding talents could build brand trust by creating non-fungible tokens, which are their name cards to build their personal image in the market.

For the governance purpose, the tokens will be used when the community develops innovative changes and proposals to improve the community and vote on specific governance proposals. Tokens can represent votes for the proposals. Tokens can also be used when the talents seek job opportunities, when connectors recommend talents, and when the corporations are looking for the talents. For instance, talents can get a priority chance to be interviewed by the corporations through bid staking. The corporations are able to utilize tokens to release job opportunities and recruit talents. The connectors are able to consume certain tokens to match talents with appropriate jobs.

The transaction will be made through tokens in the public blockchain and the transaction fee will be collected to set up a foundation reserve.
