## Proposing and Voting Scheme

* Tokens can represent votes to run the DAO governance 
* Users holding a certain amount of TLTs have the right to propose changes and vote for community improvements
* The foundation reserve will be used for the development of the platform and proportional dividend allotment based on tokens.
