The CyberSoul (CySo) protocol consists of three sub-protocols: Soul-ID, Soul-RS, and Soul-VC. They can be easily accessed through the CySo Cloud Service.
Soul-ID
establishes personal information on the chain, and through the ID abstraction layer, isolates the soul and address to support the retrieval of souls through social relationships.
Soul-RS
establishes a relationship network on the chain, linking isolated souls to form a mesh social graph. It supports the establishment of "one-to-one" friend relationships and "many-to-many" community relationships.
Soul-VC
establishes a reputation system on the chain, providing different energies to different souls in the relationship network to encourage people to maintain their on-chain reputation and promote a healthy development of the ecosystem.
Based on the CySo protocol, a variety of Web3 applications can be developed, including but not limited to: recruitment, talent valuation, relationship topology analysis, credit rating, and social networking.
TalenTale is a Web3 social dApp built on the CySo protocol, enabling everyone to create, govern, and iterate their decentralized identity and value.
Having been designed relatively early, the Lens protocol lacked consideration in many aspects. The CySo protocol, on the other hand, is with significant technical improvements.
Can only be used on the Polygon chain, having a strong limitation on ecosystem flexibility
Designed as full-chain, allowing any and all Web3 ecosystems to be interconnected
Overly monetizes social interactions on the chain by allowing profile NFT transactions
Prohibits on-chain identity trading and encourages users to improve their on-chain reputation
Only supports one-to-one relationships on-chain, which cannot meet the needs of serving various social scenarios.
Supports "one-to-one" friend relationships and "many-to-many" community relationships"
Places all social information on the chain, leading to high costs and preventing ecosystem growth
Only places the most personally important information on-chain, while real-time content is stored in a distributed system off-chain
In addition to the above core differences, CySo has a variety of useful functions that Lens is not equipped with, such as soul retrieval, on-chain reputation, and community relationships.
